Petra on the Majorca island

The Arabs named this place „The Radiat”. In this municipality rather weak with 2.700 inhabitants everything is about a man. Born to „Fra Juniper Serra” a famous missionary of the 1713 in Petra is. He is the founder of San Francisco. In 1749 he traveled to Mexico for two years where who was active as a missionary. In 1988 this extraordinary man was canonized by Pope Johannes Paul II.
